Grainger County Sweets

   In 1992, the Ritter family began growing a sweet onion that is so good you can eat it like an apple. Grainger County Sweets are first harvested in bunches of green onions, but the bulk of the crop is harvested in the early fall and dried, providing our customers with an onion that can last up to 2 months if properly stored.
