2 pkgs. cream cheese 1/2 cup sugar 1 pt. crushed strawberries 1/2 cup strawberry glaze 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple - drained 1 carton (8 oz) whipped topping 2 pkgs ladyfingers 1 pt sliced strawberries In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Stir in pineapple. Fold in whipped topping. Swirl crushed strawberries in. Place lady fingers around the sides and on the bottom of a greased 9 inch springform pan. Pour filling into pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight or 8 hours. Mix sliced strawberries with glaze and spread on top. |
